Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation policies can vary from airline to airline, and hotel to hotel, so it is important to check this yourself and view the available information at Via.com. In general most bookings can be cancelled so long as it is in advance of the travel date.
Most hotels can be easily cancelled from within your online account, just by clicking the cancel button, so long as it's within the timeframe of the hotel's policy.
Refunds can take some time to process. For credit cards it takes up to 7 business days, Net Banking up to 12 business days, and debit cards up to 25 business days.
Obviously if you have used any Via coupons to get a discount, you will only be refunded the actual amount charged after the offer was applied, rather than the current price.
