The MebelKart marketplace allows customers to browse over 50,000 individual products, from over 500 high quality merchants and sellers, who sell both well known and unbranded homewares. Payment Options

You can pay for your purchases ay MebelKart using a wide variety of online and offline methods, so no customer is excluded. Perhaps the most common way is to use a standard Indian credit, debit or cash card, such as Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Mastercard, Diners Club, American Express and most ATM/Bank cards (over 50 banks covered). 

You can also easily pay with the MobiKwik mobile payment app. You can also use Net Banking with most major banks, and Equated Monthly Installment (EMI), which lets the customer buy now and pay later with their bank card via equal monthly installments. The exact terms will be finalized when you checkout and are determined by MebelKart and the card issuer.

Note that when EMI is chosen your card will be charged the full amount initially and your issuing bank will convert it to EMI within 7 working days. Unfortunately MebelKart only provides Cash On Delivery (COD) to certain locations and with only certain products. If this is supported, the product page will have a box to enter your pincode to see if COD is available.  If so you will checkout as normal and simply pay the courier when your order arrives.

If you have a MebelKart gift card this can be used to cover all or part of your order, the rest of which must be paid with another accepted method. If you have a gift card balance left over you can also use the rest at a later date.

You should see a special promo box during checkout (before the payment step). If you wish to redeem a MebelKart promo code, this is where you should carefully enter it. If the code is valid you should get a confirmation message, and you order will be updated to reflect the terms of the promotion. The MebelKart online store operates much like any other eCommerce site, with a basket and checkout system. So if you have shopped online before you shouldn't have any issues placing an order. They do not currently have a mobile app, so all online orders must be placed on their website at MebelKart.com through a web browser.

Delivery

Currently MebelKart only serve customers in India, within 400 different major cities and locations. The courier chosen and the source of your order will depend on the merchant, your location, and will be chosen for the fastest possible delivery time. You can track when you order is process, dispatched and when it is expected to arrive from within the order history section of your online account. 

Each product page will list an estimated delivery time, though it can take a bit longer if it is going to a more remote location.  In some cases customer support will call you arrange the best possible time. In general most orders will arrive within one week, but usually faster. 

The cost of delivery is included within the price of all items and is essentially free, so there is no option to use MebelKart coupons to get free shipping. There is also no expedited option.

MebelKart also offer on demand installation of large items, in case you struggle putting them together. This comes at an extra cost and needs to be selected (if available) when adding the item to your basket. Assembly will be done within 2 to 3 days of payment and not necessarily the day of the delivery. Assembly payment is made separately and you will be sent all the details to do this via email after choosing the option.

Contact

You can easily contact MebelKart via email or phone on 080-67978888. Existing customers are advised to use the email support ticket system from within their online account. You will be required to enter your name, email address and type out your query. Once sent you will receive an email alert informing you that your ticket has been successfully submitted, and you will be contacted shortly. This is also the preferred method of registering complaints.

If you wish to send a letter or visit HQ in person, you will find them at Getit Furniture Private Limited, 7th floor, Diamond District Bangalore. This is not a place where you can make purchases however.

Cancellations and Returns

You are free to cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet been marked confirmed within your online account. At this point it is already on its way to being dispatched and cannot be cancelled. If you desperately still need to cancel the order you can contact customer support and you may be charged a small fee. This will be larger if the item has already been dispatched. As well as cancelling you can also follow the same process if you wish to change the delivery address.

MebelKart operate a 30 day returns policy, allowing customers to return damaged, defective or 'not as described' products within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Returns can be initiated by contacting customer support. You cannot return an item just because you don't want it.

Obviously if you have used any MebelKart coupons and offers to get a discount, you will only be refunded the actual amount charged to you card after the offer is applied, rather than the regular retail price.

If you have opted for a refund but paid using Cash On Delivery your only option is store credit, or to supply the company with your bank account details for a National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You will be given a form where you must enter your Order ID, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder's Name, Bank Name, and Bank Branch. Once submitted you will get your refund as soon as possible, but it could take several working days to process.
