Delivery
Zotezo offers all customers free shipping if they spend more than Rs. 499 on their order. Below this threshold and a small fee applies, depending on the products purchased. There is no special Zotezo promo code to apply to get free shipping, as it is automatically applied.
Note if you have used two different payment methods, the free shipping threshold must be met separately per method.
Some products also qualify for ‘Express Delivery’ and specialized ‘Safe-Packaging’ which come at different fees.
Within India most orders are delivered within 7 days, but can take longer if shipping to a more remote location.
Returns
If you have received an order in a damaged or defective state, you need to contact customer support with 2 working days to arrange a replacement or refund. Certain unwanted items may also be returned as long as they are unopened and in their original and brand new condition.
Refunds can only be issued on orders over the value of Rs. 500. Below this threshold you will be given store credit or ZoCash.
Returns are collected free of charge by a courier.
