Although they are classed as "affordable" they still offer travel classes with more leg room, meals, priority check-in etc.

Payment Options
You can pay for your bookings and flights at SpiceJet using most Indian issued Credit, Debit or Cash Cards, through their secure online gateway on the site and app. Accepted cards include Mastercard, Visa and American Express. You can also book now and pay later through their Equated Monthly Installment option.
EMI is available for 3, 6, 9, or 12 months, and you can make savings of up to 70% on interest charges compared to typical credit card interest fees for EMI payments. They accept the India-issued credit cards of Axis Bank, HSBC Bank, Kotak Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank for this offer.
As well as card, you can pay with Net Banking through most major Indian banks. This allows you to pay using funds directly from your account.
If paying by card there is a INR 150 fee, and Net Banking has an INR 100 fee.
You can also pay by cash if you find their ticketing/sales offices at airports or via any of their preferred travel agents.
If you wish to redeem a SpiceJet promo code, this can be done just prior to the online payment step. You will notice a special box where you can enter said code, and if valid your total flight or package costs cost will be updated according to the terms of the coupon. You may only use one SpiceJet coupon code per order, but they can sometimes by combined with other non-coupon offers for even deeper savings.
Confirmation
Once you have completed the booking process you will receive confirmation by email with a printable itinerary with a reference number and the details of the reservations. They do not issue physical flight tickets, so nothing has to be sent by the post. You also do not eTickets. All you will need is the printout, which can also be accessed through your online account.
How To Make A Booking
Booking your flights, hotels and holiday packages couldn't be easier with SpiceJet. You can either do so directly from the website at SpiceJet.com our download the mobile app for iOS devices from the Apple App store, and Android devices from the Google Play Store.
Then all you have to do is use the simple search function. For flights select Round Trip or One Way, the dates, how man adults and children are flying, and whether you are in the Armed Forces or a student, as this qualifies you for exclusive SpiceJet coupons.
You can then hit "Find Flights" and all of the relevant flights will be displayed. Much like an eCommerce store you can choose these, enter your personal details and make payment.

Cancellations
You can cancel your flights from within your online account or by contacting customer services. To get a refund this must be done at least 2 hours prior to departure.
